Hongyuan Wheel Group (HYWG) was founded in 1996 with its predecessor as Anyang Hongyuan Steel Co., Ltd (AYHY). HYWG is professional manufacturer of rim steel and rim complete for all kinds of off-the-road machinery, such as construction equipments, mining machines, forklifts, industrial vehicles.
After 20 years continuous development, HYWG has become the global leader in rim steel and rim complete markets, its quality has been proven by the global OEM Caterpillar, Volvo, John Deere and XCMG. Today HYWG has more than 100 million USD assets, 1100 employees, 5 manufacturing centers specifically for OTR 3-PC & 5-PC rim, forklift rim, industrial rim, and rim steel.
The annual production capacity has reached 300,000 rims, products export to North America, Europe, Africa, Australia and other regions. HYWG is now the largest OTR rim producer in China, and aim to become top 3 OTR rim manufacturer in the world.
What We Do？
Originally as a small section steel manufacturer, HYWG started to produce rim steel since late of 1990’s, in 2010 HYWG became market leader in truck rim steel and OTR rim steel, market share reached to 70% and 90% in China; the OTR rim steel were exported to global rim producers like Titan and GKN.
Since 2011, HYWG started to produce OTR rim complete, it became major rim supplier for global OEM like Caterpillar, Volvo, John Deere and XCMG. From 4” to 63”, from 1-PC to 3-PC and 5-PC, HYWG can offer full range of rim products covering construction equipment, mining machinery, industrial vehicle and forklift. From rim steel to rim complete, from smallest forklift rim to largest mining rim, HYWG is Off The Road Rim Whole Industry Chain Manufacturing Enterprise.

Painting
Our e-coating line offers the best prime coating which meet thousands of hours anti-rust tests, the color and paint looks meet top OEM standard like CAT, Volvo and John Deere. We can offer both power and wet paint as top paints, there are more than 100 kinds of colors to choose. We corporate with top paint suppliers like PPG and Nippon Paint.
Technology, production and testing
HYWG has been the leading company in OTR rim industry regarding technology, production and testing. There are more than 200 engineering stuff among total 1100 employees engaged in development, production and technical support for section steel, rim steel and rim complete products.
HYWG is core member of the National Committee for Earthmoving Machinery, has been initiating and participating on the establishment of OTR rim and rim steel national standard. It owns more than 100 national invention patents, and certificates of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and TS16949.
The equipped FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software makes the early stage design evaluation possible, the anti-rust test, leaking test, welding tension test and material test equipment make HYWG own the leading test capability in the industry.
